| Résumé : | The purpose of this guide is to guide whistleblowers through the process so that they can take full advantage of whistleblower status and the protective regime that accompanies it. Unless otherwise specified, the rules it describes are those contained in the general regime of Act No. 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016, known as the “ Sapin II Act ”, as amended by Act No. 2022-401 of 21 March 2022. The main specific regimes are described on p. 32. |
