Ce rapport présente les résultats d'une grande étude socio-juridique réalisée sur la discrimination à raison de l'orientation sexuelle et de l’identité de genre dans les 47 Etats membres du Conseil de l'Europe. Six chapitres thématiques donnent un large aperçu de la situation des droits des personnes LGBT et des recommandations sont formulées pour l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de mesures efficaces pour lutter contre les discriminations.
